Custom Foods Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor on the second shift to oversee the dough production line, receiving, shipping, and sanitation in a frozen foods facility.

The role requires proven leadership in manufacturing, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to maintain lean processes while driving daily output to meet the production schedule. Pay ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in manufacturing or production settings.
• Ability to motivate others and coach performance.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and CI.
• Able to lift 40 pounds and work second shift.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and monitor production schedule.
• Achieve daily output to meet the production schedule.
• Maintain proper inventory levels.
• Train employees on safety measures and keep safety culture prominent during operations.
• Ensure product quality standards throughout production and packaging.
• Responsible for food safety, food quality, and food defense.
• Monitor productivity of all employees.
• Be a team player and jump in as necessary.
