Accurate Personnel LLC in Brownsville, TX seeks a Bag Machine Operator to operate bagging equipment, monitor output, and ensure product quality. Daily duties include inspecting bags, packing bundles, and maintaining safety and GMP adherence.

The position offers a starting wage of $12/hour with an excellent benefits package (medical, dental, vision) and a 2nd shift from 2:45 pm to 11 pm. Training provided as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to maintain production efficiency and quality output.
• Adherence to safety rules and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate bag machine and monitor production performance.
• Visually inspect bags for defects and ensure quality checks.
• Pack and stack bags; ensure correct quantities per bundle.
