Job summary

Saint-Gobain is seeking an Autonomous Team Lead for the 2nd shift to guide a small team in a plant environment. You will prioritize safety, coach team members, and drive improvements in quality, productivity, and cost.

You will coordinate daily tasks, attend meetings, and support problem solving with cross-functional teams. Applicants should have at least 1 year of manufacturing leadership experience and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience leading a manufacturing or production team.
• Experience with safety, quality, and productivity improvements.
• Strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a work team of 7–15 operators on a 2nd shift.
• Ensure safety, productivity, quality, and cost targets are met.
• Plan daily work assignments and overtime per demand and budget.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production Planning to resolve issues.
