Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, work with PLCs, maintain CMMS records, and support safety compliance. The role requires high school diploma and relevant certification; experience in automated facilities is preferred; shift flexibility and teamwork emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Experience as maintenance technician in automated environments.
• Ability to read schematics and diagrams.
• Experience with conveyors, robotics, PLCs, and automated storage systems.
• Strong problem-solving and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automated machinery and conveyors.
• Perform preventative maintenance including lubrication and calibration.
• Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians on improvements.
• Maintain maintenance records in CMMS and equipment logs.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Assist in training of technicians and operators.
• Support facility management in PM planning and spare parts.
• Stay current with automation trends and system upgrades.
• Maintain clean, safe work areas in and around the facility.
