Job summary

Fortune Brands Innovations, Inc. is seeking a 2nd shift Maintenance Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair automated machinery, conveyors, robotics, and systems in a high-automation environment.

You will conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshoot complex equipment, and maintain accurate CMMS records while collaborating with engineers and technicians to improve performance and safety. Flexibility to work 2nd shift is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• Proven maintenance technician experience in automated environments is preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude; ability to read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair automated equipment to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive maintenance, lubrication, calibration, and parts replacement.
• Use diagnostic tools to identify root causes and implement timely solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers/technicians to optimize automation performance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and CMMS entries.
• Support safety programs and training of technicians and operators.
• Participate in facility maintenance and parts planning with FM focus.
