Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group is hiring a 2nd Shift Auto Box Setup Operator to join our Smyrna, TN facility. You will set up, adjust, and run auto labeling and packaging machines, ensuring products meet quality standards and production schedules.

Responsibilities include loading materials, configuring machines, monitoring processes, and performing minor repairs to maximize uptime. Excellent attention to detail and hands-on mechanical aptitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years related outside set-up and machine operation experience required.
• Reach truck forklift experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and configure automatic labeling and packaging machines per product specs and safety guidelines.
• Load packaging materials into machine feeders and adjust settings for efficiency.
• Monitor labeling, filling, sealing, coding, and packing for quality and schedule adherence.
• Conduct quality checks and adjust as needed to maintain product integrity.
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform basic repairs to minimize downtime.
• Maintain accurate production records of machine settings, downtime, output, and quality results.
