Ideal Tridon is seeking an Assembly Operator for the 2nd Shift at the Smyrna, TN facility. The role involves performing repetitive and standardized assembly tasks with assembly tools, ensuring quality through visual checks and calipers, and recording production data.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, good dexterity, accuracy, and can lift up to 40 lbs. The shift runs Mon-Fri, 3:00pm to 11:30pm, with a $19.00 hourly rate plus a $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Good dexterity to handle small parts.
• Accuracy and attention to detail is required.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to remain standing for more than 95% of shift.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics.
• Detail-oriented and consistent.
• Works well as a productive member of a team.

Responsibilities

• Performs repetitive and standardized assembly operations using assembly tools.
• Checks quality of parts visually and by calipers as required by work order.
• Records production parts produced on appropriate production card.
• Reports any problems to the Production Team Lead.
