Big 10 Mart is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for the 2nd shift to support the Store Manager and help run a busy convenience store. You will learn all duties, including cashiering, stocking, cleaning, ordering, and paperwork, ultimately becoming the manager's right hand in daily operations.

We promote from within and value candidates who want to grow into a Store Manager role. Requirements include a High School diploma or equivalent; an Associate's Degree or higher is preferred, with 2+

Formación

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degree) or higher preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Retail/C-Store; 6 months of leadership experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store manager with supervising sales workers in a Big 10 Mart Convenience Store.
• Learn all duties of the store, including cashiering, stocking, cleaning, ordering and paperwork.
