RESRG Automotive in Portageville, MO is seeking an Assembly Production Team Member to join our 2nd shift. The role focuses on repetitive assembly tasks, ensuring products meet quality standards and are completed efficiently.

You will maintain a safe work environment, follow work instructions, perform inspections, and report any defects. You will also contribute to a team-driven culture that emphasizes continual improvement and strong collaboration.

• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting multiple manufacturing processes.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Perform assembly and subassembly processes per work instructions.
• Inspect products to ensure quality of parts.
• Record scrap material on the appropriate forms.
• Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor.
• Work under direct supervision following given instructions and techniques.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean, orderly condition and follow safety regulations.
