QA1 is seeking a dedicated Assembly-2nd Shift worker for its Lakeville, MN operation. You will assemble products per guidelines, work with teammates to hit targets, and uphold safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes cross training, reliability, and a positive attitude, with strong opportunities for learning and growth within a privately held motorsports-focused company.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least age 18.
• At least 1-year solid work experience; manufacturing setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Basic math, reading and English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assemble products following production guidelines and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.
• Uphold safety standards and quality control measures.
• Suggest improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
• Report discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns and assist in troubleshooting.
• Other duties as beneficial to QA1.
