Avancez Assembly is seeking an ASSEMBLER/SEQUENCER for the 2nd shift in Arlington, TX. The role involves operating production line equipment, finishing products, and reporting issues to supervision.

Starting pay is $17.50/hour with a shift premium and a Mon-Sat schedule (2nd shift). Responsibilities include assembling goods, quality checks, following safety practices, and supporting the team to achieve production goals.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assemble goods on production lines following work instructions.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Follow company philosophies and values at all times.
• Maintain a safe work environment through housekeeping.
• Monitor production process and assist the team to meet goals.
• Pack goods to be shipped and store materials properly.
