Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking an Assembler/Sequencer for 2nd shift at the Flint Plant. You will operate production line equipment, perform quality checks and assist the team to meet production goals in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, with potential shift and weekend work. Avancez offers strong benefits and a culture focused on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience: 1+ year in manufacturing is a plus.
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Able to interact effectively with people.
• Able to stand and work on foot for extended periods.
• Wlexible to work any shift and weekends as needed.
• Demonstrates safe work practices and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Operate production line equipment and finish products.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Follow company values and maintain a safe workspace.
• Monitor production and support the team to meet goals.
• Move materials using lifting equipment and pack goods for shipping.
• Rotate between stations roughly every 2–2.5 hours.
