Job summary

Avancez Assembly is seeking a dedicated Assembler/Sequencer for the 3rd shift to operate production line equipment, finish products and report issues to the supervisor. The role includes lifting up to 40 pounds, standing for extended periods, and rotating between stations every 2–2.5 hours to reduce fatigue.

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and 1+ year manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Ability to perform repetitive lifting and long periods of standing.

Responsibilities

• Assemble goods on production lines following work instructions.
• Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
• Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow safety practices.
• Monitor production and collaborate with team to achieve goals.
• Assist with material handling and packing for shipment.
