Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience with a focus on Quality, preferably automotive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training on Quality and EHS systems across shifts.
• Audit products and processes to ensure compliance with procedures and customer requirements.
• Collect data to support problem solving, process validation and quality engineering.
• Inspect materials, investigate suspect materials, initiate containment and sorts.
• Document rework procedures and train operators in proper rework.
• Assist with PPAP/PTR tracking and change management on shift.
• Resolve quality issues and drive process improvements with cross-functional teams.
• Present data to management for decision making.
• Provide after-hours customer inquiries response related to quality.
• Comply with all policies and notify management of EHS/Quality issues.
