Elevate Aircraft Seating in Huntington Beach, CA, is seeking a skilled Assembly Operator for the 2nd shift (3:30 pm – 12:00 am). You will participate in mass-producing seating components, following detailed drawings and specifications, while prioritizing quality and safety.

The role requires 1–3+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience, high school diploma, and the ability to read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 1-3+ years direct manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Must be able to work the 2nd shift 3:30pm-12:00am PST.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Build and assemble complex mechanisms per drawings and specifications.
• Maintain and repair production equipment and tools.
• Ensure products are built to latest revision of released drawings.
• Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings.
• Maintain traceability books and work orders throughout production.
• Promote cooperation and safe work environment.
• Follow installation procedures per engineering drawings and requirements.
• Prepare units for fabrication, painting, assembly or shipping.
