Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is hiring an Assembly Operator for 2nd shift in Westminster, MD. You will assemble parts, process materials, and maintain a clean, safe work area in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process parts and products according to work instructions and specifications.
• Prepare, sort, and organize materials for production.
• Stack products based on drawings and assembly instructions.
• Complete production documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Operate production equipment and assist with production processes as needed.
• Follow all quality standards and safety procedures.
