Nesco Resource is seeking an Assembly & Fulfillment Associate for the Pinnacle Peak & 7th Street area on the 2nd shift. The role involves safe handling, assembly, packaging, and movement of products within a fast-paced production and warehouse setting.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, capable of meeting production targets, and committed to quality and safety standards. This on-site position offers growth opportunities in a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, production, fulfillment, or light industrial work preferred.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, and standing for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team-oriented with the ability to follow instructions and work independently when needed

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production and material handling equipment.
• Perform material handling tasks, including loading, unloading, staging, and transporting components.
• Assist with assembly, packaging, and unpackaging to meet production and fulfillment targets.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all products meet company standards.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with safety guidelines.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of production and warehouse operations
