Job summary

Nesco Resource is actively hiring Customer Packers for our client in McElhattan, PA. Full-time openings on 1st and 2nd shift with competitive pay and benefits. You will pack orders, prepare shipments, label and seal packages, and ensure quality standards are met.

Role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or sit for long periods, and operate hand tools as needed. Training provided and a supportive team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to sit or stand for up to 10 hours a day.
• Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds.
• Repetitive tasks like loading boxes and stacking onto pallets.
• Ability to use small hand tools such as tweezers, wire cutters, wire crimpers, screw drivers, pliers, soldering irons, etc.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pack customer orders.
• Prepare orders for shipment by selecting items based on packing lists and instructions.
• Apply labels, clips, and bag inserts as needed.
• Assemble, tape, and label boxes, ensuring packaging meets quality standards.
• Inspect packing materials and products, reporting issues to team leads.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
