• Ability to read shop drawings and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong work ethic, with the ability to lift 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

• Assemble custom signage and decor projects from start to finish.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless production.
• Manage inventory to keep components available and identify material shortages.
