Job summary

Nesco Resource in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee 2nd shift manufacturing operations at a high-volume facility. This hands-on leadership role drives production performance, maintains quality and safety standards, and supports workforce development to meet operational goals.

The ideal candidate leads a fast-paced floor operation, balances productivity with accountability, and collaborates across maintenance, quality, and warehouse teams to continuously improve

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or production operations.
• Experience managing shift-based production teams in an industrial environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma or GED acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all 2nd shift production activities to support output goals and customer requirements.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure production targets, labor utilization, and operational expectations are consistently achieved.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors and production employees across the shift.
• Enforce safety standards and OSHA compliance.
• Track and report production metrics such as throughput and downtime.
