Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform complex mechanical assembly following drawings and build instructions.
• Work on an assembly line to meet daily output targets.
• Use power and hand tools safely for assembly tasks.
• Follow prints and SOPs to ensure accuracy.
• Coach and train junior assemblers.
• Mentor teammates to improve performance.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
• Suggest process improvements to reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineers to resolve issues.
• Perform final inspections and testing.
• Maintain inventory of parts and materials.
• Work overtime as required.
