Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of production assembly tasks using hand tools, small power tools, and other equipment following detailed instructions to meet specs.
• Reads blueprints and drawings to assemble final and subassembly products and uses SOPs/JSAs.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area and adheres to safety, health, and environmental policies.
• Communicates safety, quality, and process issues to Supervisors; reports problems promptly.
• Participates in continuous improvement and time-management activities to add value.
• Willingness to train on all assembly positions and shifts across products.
• Uses ERP to look up production orders and update inventory.
