Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an Assembler for a Jersey Village, TX operation. You will join a production team, assembling products per blueprints and written/verbal specifications, with a focus on detail and reliability.

The role requires following procedures, building experience over time, and acceptance of a training period on the first shift for the initial two weeks before settling into the 2nd shift. This is a temporary, hands-on position with focus on quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Ability to read blueprints, written instructions, and verbal directions.
• Willingness to learn assembly procedures and apply feedback to improve performance.
• Comfort in a skilled assembly environment with increasing responsibility.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure builds match specifications.
• Dependability and readiness to work the assigned shift schedule, including training on first shift for the first two weeks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products according to customer needs by following blueprints and other written and verbal specifications.
• Create a clear plan for assembly procedures using the specifications provided and knowledge gained through experience.
• Perform skilled assembly tasks that require more training and experience than entry-level bench assembly roles.
• Follow established work instructions to support consistent, accurate production output.
• Maintain focus and reliability during shift work to help keep production moving.
