Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma/GED and prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates an attention to detail.
• Ability to read, communicate and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints and engineering drawings in the English Language.

Responsibilities

• Performs a combination of production assembly tasks using hand tools, small power tools, and other equipment following detailed instructions to meet specifications.
• Reads and interprets blueprints, engineering specifications, drawings, and shop orders to assemble final and subassembly products.
• Operates within SOPs and JSAs, prioritizing safety and quality.
• Maintains a clean, organized work area and reports safety or process concerns to supervision.
• Trains across assembly positions and product varieties as needed to support production.
