• Quality control: inspect work for defects and ensure quality standards.
• Documentation: complete production forms and record assembly data.
• Teamwork: collaborate with assemblers and rotate tasks as needed.
• 5S: participate in housekeeping and workplace organization.
• KAIZEN: identify waste and drive continuous improvements.

Responsibilities

• Receive daily work assignments and execute production per SOPs and blueprints.
• Report deviations to Status Boards and update Team Leader/Manager.
• Participate in daily status board meetings and propose solutions.
• Look for opportunities to improve procedures and reduce waste.
• Lift raw materials, finished products, and packed items as required.
