Dane Manufacturing Company in Waunakee, WI is seeking an Assembler/Finisher to turn fabricated metal components into finished products. You will assemble parts using blueprints, grind and polish surfaces, and perform quality checks to meet specifications.

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing or metal fabrication experience, especially with grinding, sanding, deburring, or polishing.
  • Ability to read and follow blueprints, drawings, or work instructions.
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble fabricated metal components using blueprints and work instructions.
  • Grind, sand, deburr, and polish metal parts to remove sharp edges and imperfections.
  • Use hand and power tools, grinders, sanders, riveters, and other finishing equipment.
  • Measure parts with calipers, tape measures, and other tools.
  • Inspect parts to ensure correct assembly and quality.
  • Prepare surfaces for painting, coating, or additional processing.
