Job summary

PIP Global Safety is seeking an Assembler Level 1 in Charleston, SC to assemble components and subassemblies per blueprints and instructions. You will support production targets in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety SOPs and quality standards.

Join a team that values attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability. Shifts include 6am–6pm and 6pm–6am with a $2/hr differential, plus a rotating 2 days on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off schedule.

Qualifications

  • 6+ months experience in manufacturing.
  • Ability to lift up to 35lbs.
  • Ability to stand for a 12 hour shift.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • U.S. Person status required.
  • Basic understanding of assembly processes.
  • Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
  • Previous manufacturing/assembly experience.
  • Knowledge of quality control principles.
  • Good communication and teamwork.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Responsibilities

Assembler Level 1 (All Shifts)
  • Position: Assembler, Full-time
  • Shifts Available: 6am - 6pm (Day Shift), 6pm - 6am (Night Shift($2/hr shift differential))

As an Assembler Level 1 you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. You will be responsible for assembling components and subassemblies to create finished products. This position offers an opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

In this role, you will impact our production efficiency and product quality by ensuring accurate assembly and adherence to standard operating procedures. You will work as part of a team to meet production targets and contribute to the overall success of our manufacturing operations.
