Job summary

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED is required.
2 years of experience in an aviation company with emphasis on mechanical/structural components and assemblies.
Preferred experience in a Quality Inspector position.
Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
Knowledge of drawing systems, inspection plans and inspection coordination.
Knowledge of the principles, practices, methods and tools used in the production line.
Handling and use of inspection tools for length measuring techniques (mechanical, electrical).

Responsibilities

Execute technical inspections in the production process.
Prepare and perform visual, incoming, first article and final inspections.
Document inspections in FLEXNET/NCMS/SAP and related IT systems.
Support troubleshooting and Functional Test Procedures (FTPs).
Compile non-conformance data to support MRB reviews.
Perform audits/reviews of workbooks to validate PV approval and process adherence.
Perform other duties as assigned.
