Job summary

West Star Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Technician for the Perryville, Missouri facility on the 2nd shift. This role involves performing general mechanical tasks, panel removal, troubleshooting, and inspections on a range of civilian aircraft.

Qualifications

• Airframe or Powerplant license is required; Airframe license preferred.
• 0–2 years of aviation maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general mechanical tasks on aircraft and related systems.
• Remove and install panels and components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve aircraft system issues.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components.
• Assist in aircraft movement, taxiing and engine work as needed.
• Operate ground support equipment and maintain shop facilities.
