Job summary

Isola Group in Ridgeway, SC is hiring a 2nd Shift AIKI Springer. The role runs 1:00pm–9:30pm, Monday–Friday, with extended shift and weekend overtime. Compensation includes 19.75 USD/hour plus 1.25 USD shift differential (total 21.00 USD/hour).

The Springer supplies, stages, and stores materials, while cross-training others in the finishing department; basic cleanup and TPM support are included in duties.

Qualifications

• Requires forklift experience and ability to work in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Must be able to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supply, stage, and store materials throughout the plant.
• Perform basic end-of-shift cleanup and TPM support as directed.
• Cross-train and provide break relief to all level A and B positions in finishing.
