Job summary

Engineering Industries Inc. in Verona, WI is seeking a 2nd Shift Material Handler to support our production team by supplying presses with materials and keeping inventory moving smoothly.

Starting at $21.75 per hour plus shift differential, this full-time role includes health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESOP, PTO, profit sharing and paid holidays. Night shift: 4:00 PM–2:00 AM, 10-hour shifts, 4-day workweek, no weekends, overtime available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience required.
• Basic computer and math skills are expected.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials from the warehouse to production presses.
• Maintain proper material levels in machine hoppers.
• Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment.
• Enter material usage and movement into our MRP inventory system.
• Mix raw materials, regrind, color concentrates, and additives as needed.
• Set and monitor material dryer equipment.
• Return unused materials to the proper warehouse location.
• Perform cycle counts, inspections, and basic inventory checks.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
