Isola Group in Ridgeway, SC is hiring a 2nd Shift AIKI Robust Operator to run the laminate cutting line and ensure quality criteria are met. The role requires operating the machine, following work instructions and SAP-related workflows while maintaining safety, ISO compliance and a 5S workplace.

You will manage cut and packed orders to meet due dates, communicate equipment issues to maintenance, and participate in Lean/Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives.

Formación

• Previous machine operating experience required.
• Experience with work orders and SAP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the laminate cutting machine and ensure quality criteria are met.
• Perform Safety and Quality Audits as assigned.
• Maintain a clean work area in accordance with 5S criteria.
• Manage the orders being cut and packed to meet customer due dates.
• Effectively communicates with maintenance when equipment problems arise.
• Ensure full compliance with ISO procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies to improve processes.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
