Job summary

Isola Group in Ridgeway, SC is hiring a 2nd Shift AIKI Springer. The role runs 1:00pm–9:30pm, Monday–Friday, with extended shift and weekend overtime. Compensation includes 19.75 USD/hour plus 1.25 USD shift differential (total 21.00 USD/hour).

The Springer supplies, stages, and stores materials, while cross-training others in the finishing department; basic cleanup and TPM support are included in duties.

Qualifications

Assigned Schedule:1:00pm - 9:30pm Monday to Friday (Extended shift and weekend overtime work required)

Skill Level: B

Compensation: $19.75 per hour (plus $1.25 shift differential)

The Role:

The Springer supplies, stages, and stores materials throughout the plant. This position is also accountable for cross-training and providing break relief to all level A and B positions, within the finishing department.

Top Responsibilities:

• Supply, stage, and store materials throughout the plant.
• Perform basic clean-up at the end of the shift including emptying trim scrap, and dumpsters, and assisting other areas with their TPM efforts as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned work areas including equipment, tools, and work surfaces.
• Cross-train and provide break relief to all level A and B positions within the finishing department.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift experience
• Minimum of 6 months experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 12 hours.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Proficiency in English reading, writing, and verbal communication is essential.

Physical Requirements:

• In this role you may be required to stand up to 10 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and grasping. You will also need to lift, pull, or push up to 50 pounds.
