About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented, safety-driven Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound logistics for high-precision aerospace parts, ensuring full compliance with industry quality standards and delivery schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Packaging & Shipping: Accurately package fragile aerospace components and process outgoing shipments using ERP systems (SAP, Epicor) and shipping software (UPS WorldShip, FedEx).
- Quality & Compliance: Enforce AS9100 / ISO 9001 quality standards, verifying that all required paperwork—including Certificates of Conformance—accompanies shipments.
- Logistics & Carrier Coordination: Prepare Bills of Lading (BOL), schedule freight pickups, and coordinate effectively with carriers, drivers, and vendors.
- Inventory & Material Handling: Conduct physical inventory counts, perform bin audits, resolve stock variances, and receive incoming materials into storage.
- Equipment Operation & Safety: Safely operate material handling equipment (forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks) to load and unload trucks while maintaining ESD and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations within an aerospace or manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities

- Safety Protocols: Follow strict Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) handling procedures and maintain workplace safety guidelines.
