Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read basic blueprints and specifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proven track record of maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead assembly of aircraft parts with drilling, riveting, bonding and related steps.
• Provide OJT and coaching to team members and enforce safety programs.
• Prioritize work, assign tasks, and monitor workflow for productivity.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and customer specifications.
• Develop production schedules and coordinate with other departments.
• Troubleshoot, resolve production issues, and maintain clean, safe work area.
