Job summary

Parker Aerospace is seeking an Assembler Tester for the 2nd shift in Camarillo, CA. You will assemble and test moderately complex products, interpret blueprints, and record data to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

Candidates should have a high school diploma and aerospace assembly/test experience is preferred. The role involves hand and power tools, soldering may be required, and lean manufacturing practices are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; aerospace assembly/test experience preferred.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and test specifications; basic math skills.
• Ability to apply lean initiatives and work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Assemble/test a variety of moderately complex products to meet quality and on-time delivery.
• Record test results and interpret blueprints, orders, and specs.
• Identify malfunctions and rework per instructions; perform touch-up painting as needed.
• Support lean initiatives and maintain safe, efficient work practices.
