Job summary

Waters is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 2nd shift to support highly automated manufacturing equipment in a regulated environment. You will perform setup, routine maintenance, and repairs, document activities, and work closely with Engineering and Quality to optimize performance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, with strong mechanical and electrical aptitude and the ability to follow GMP procedures. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 2 years relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic systems and preventive maintenance practices preferred.
• Ability to read electrical and pneumatic schematics and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine setup, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex manufacturing equipment.
• Maintains equipment documentation and records for quality and safety.
• Monitors production lines and identifies opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Coordinates with Engineering, Quality and Production supervision to implement improvements.
