Job summary

Qualifications

• Age 16+.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must complete mandatory employee training within the first 3 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Adapts activities and materials under teacher direction to support objectives and IEP goals.
• Provides first aid and basic medical assistance as instructed to meet health needs.
• Assists in data collection and monitoring progress in the classroom.
• Supports students with self-care activities and learning tasks during instruction.
• Supervises students during transitions and non-classroom times to maintain safety.
• Performs clerical duties and supports teachers with instructional activities.
