The Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a maintenance supervisor to direct daily golf course upkeep across tees, greens, fairways, and bunkers. You will coordinate irrigation, chemical and fertilizer applications, and ensure top playing conditions with a professional, guest-focused service mindset.
Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or Turf Management training, strong English communication, and a proven ability to train staff and enforce safety standards on site.

Directs and participates in the maintenance of the three golf courses including tees, greens, fairways, bunkers, cart paths and the rough. Maintains playing conditions to the highest possible standards set forth by Ibis. Assumes responsibility in the absence of the Assistant Superintendent. Provides outstanding service to members and guests in a professional and courteous manner.

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Turf Management degree/or currently enrolled preferred. Prior golf course maintenance experience recommended.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Must be fluent in English, both oral and written. Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
