Job summary

The Club at Ibis in West Palm Beach, FL, seeks a maintenance supervisor to direct daily golf course upkeep across tees, greens, fairways, and bunkers. You will coordinate irrigation, chemical and fertilizer applications, and ensure top playing conditions with a professional, guest-focused service mindset.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree or Turf Management training, strong English communication, and a proven ability to train staff and enforce safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent; Turf Management degree preferred.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken; Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and directs daily work for maintenance team.
• Inspects course setups and reports deficiencies to superiors.
• Assists with irrigation, chemical and fertilizer applications.
• Maintains communication with Director of Agronomy and superintendents.
• Trains new employees and documents training sessions.
• Conducts safety meetings and enforces safety standards.
• Operates equipment as directed and oversees facility cleanliness.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
