Responsibilities

• Plan jobs from router and blueprints to maximize weld time.
• Set up jobs by retrieving equipment and materials as needed.
• Load/unload parts; operate MIG welding machine and may perform arc welding.
• Finish or repair parts with grinders, sanders, and torches.
• Perform first piece and in-process weld inspections with calipers and gauges.
• Conduct routine maintenance on welding machines.
