Job summary

Wil-Ro, Inc. in Gallatin, TN, is seeking a Production Painter to join our 2nd or 3rd shift team. You will perform production painting in a manufacturing setting, handle various paints including single-stage urethane, and prepare bodies for finishing.

This role requires attention to detail, experience with wet sanding and buffing, and the ability to work with gravity-feed or pressure-fed systems. We value safety, cleanliness, and precision in a high-heat environment.

Qualifications

• Must wear OSHA standard respirator mask while painting.
• Must comply with OSHA standards for facial hair requirements.

Responsibilities

• Production painting in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with different types of paint; comfortable with single-stage urethane paint.
• Bodywork and prep experience.
• Understanding of gravity-feed paint gun, pressure-fed paint system, bedliner.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.
• Wet sanding and buffing experience.
• Mixing paint according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Comfortable working in high-heat environments.
• Maintain cleanliness of workspace and equipment.
