Qualifications

• Experience with production painting in a manufacturing setting.
• Familiarity with single-stage urethane paints.
• Bodywork and surface prep experience.
• Knowledge of gravity-feed, pressure-fed and bedliner spray systems.
• Strong eye for quality and attention to detail.
• Experience wet sanding and buffing.
• Ability to mix paints per manufacturer guidelines.
• Comfort working in high-heat environments.
• Maintain clean and safe work area and tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform production painting in a manufacturing environment.
• Operate and maintain spray systems including gravity-feed and pressure-fed guns.
• Conduct bodywork prep and surface finishing.
• Follow manufacturer guidelines for paint mixing.
• Maintain high quality and attention to detail in workmanship.
• Wet sand and buff painted surfaces.
• Work in a high-heat environment and keep area clean.
