Job summary

Wil-Ro, Inc. is seeking a Production Painter for our Gallatin, TN facility. You will perform production painting in a manufacturing setting, prep bodywork, and ensure high quality finishes on truck bodies.

You'll work on 2nd or 3rd shifts, operate gravity-feed and pressure-fed paint systems, and maintain a clean, safe workspace while complying with OSHA requirements for respirator use and facial hair policies.

Qualifications

• Must wear OSHA respirator mask while painting.
• OSHA facial hair requirements must be complied with.
• Experience with wet sanding and buffing.
• Ability to mix paints per manufacturer guidelines.
• Familiarity with multiple paint types and systems.
• Detail-oriented with quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform production painting in a manufacturing setting.
• Prepare surfaces and perform bodywork/prep.
