Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a 2nd shift Painter to prepare parts for painting, operate paint equipment, and apply paint per procedures. The role involves exposure to fumes, vibration, and high-noise environments; standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities include finishing tasks, masking, and operating spray systems, with emphasis on safety, quality, and adherence to QA requirements. Prior painting experience and HS diploma are preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and ability to read instructions.
• Must have related painting experience or training.
• HS Diploma / GED or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prepare product for painting and operate paint equipment according to SOPs.
• Paint parts using electrostatic powder or liquid painting or related methods.
• Perform finishing tasks including sandblast, parts finishing, powder coat, and wet spray.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; wear protection as required.
• Read and understand verbal and written instructions and adhere to Flowserve policies.
