We are looking for a compassionateMedication Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our residents.

Hourly Range$17.75 - 23.00
We are now offering 12 hour shifts! 3rd Shift - 10pm-6:30am or 6pm- 6am
Full Time Position - Weekday and Every other Weekend/Holiday
No wage Cap! Room for advancement!

Responsibilities:
Provide personal hygiene assistance for residents or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
Help residents take prescribed medication and assist residents with ambulation
Assist with physical therapy exercises
Perform housekeeping tasks as necessary
Report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency
Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting residents with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary
Qualifications
Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills
Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with physical capability to perform job-related duties
Valid driver’s license and/or reliable transportation
Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner
Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
Supportive and compassionate
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience as a Caregiver, CNA or HHA, or completion of a CNA Program (Preferred but not necessary)
Take pride in providing high quality care
Hoyer Lift Experience (specific to resident)
