Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to perform simple mathematical calculations.
• Ability to read and record written specifications of product.
• Experience with SPC data entry as part of production processes.
• Must be able to work independently and follow GMP procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate the processing/packaging line safely and efficiently to meet food safety and quality specs.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and align with GMP requirements.
• Complete paperwork accurately and communicate changes to the next shift.
• Assist with changeovers, machine setup, and cleaning as needed.
• Report operational issues to supervision and monitor equipment for maintenance needs.
