Job summary

Doumak, Inc. is hiring for Machine Operators at the Bensenville, IL facility on 3rd and 2nd shifts. Starting pay is $18/hour with incremental raises after 1–4 years of employment, and potential for higher pay with tenure.

Responsibilities include operating the packaging machine and case packer, ensuring bags meet specs, and assisting with change-overs, cleanup, and maintenance. Weekend overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must read and write English and understand basic math.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds.
• Experience in food manufacturing preferred; training provided.
• Weekend overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the packaging machine and the case packer.
• Produce bags that meet film, code, weight and product specs.
• Ensure the pack room is clean and organized.
• Assist with change-overs, clean ups, and routine maintenance.
• Support production teammates to meet output goals.
