Meiji America Inc. | D.F. Stauffer Biscuit Co., Inc. is looking for a Machine Operator for our 2nd and 3rd shift. You'll operate, maintain, and monitor production machinery, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards.
The role requires teamwork, the ability to perform physical tasks, and a high school diploma. Pay starts at $21.22 for Packaging and $21.43 for Processing, with increases after 6 months and 1 year.

Pay: Packaging starts at $21.22, Processing starts at $21.43. There is a 6‑month and 1‑year increase.
The primary function of a Machine Operator Processing/ Packaging position is to operate the machine in a safe, efficient manner to ensure all food safety, quality protocols and product specifications are met.
A Machine Operator Processing/ Packaging person will be accountable to the Production Supervisor for fulfillment of duties. Performance will be measured to the degree of production levels and quality of work performed in assigned areas.
Some manufacturing experience in a food plant helpful. Must be trained in LOTO procedure.
2nd Shift: Monday – Friday 3pm‑11pm (mandatory overtime every other weekend).
3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday 11pm‑7am (mandatory overtime every other weekend).
High School or equivalent.
While performing essential duties, the employee must stand, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb and lift up to 50 lbs and share weight up to 100 lbs. Occasional exposure to airborne dust, high humidity and extremes of hot and cold are possible.
