KIK Consumer Products Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator for the 2nd shift (4:00pm – 2:30am, Mon–Thu with weekends as needed) to operate and monitor high-speed filling and packaging lines.

You will manage start-up/shut-down, adjust speeds, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime while collaborating with production, quality, and maintenance teams. Base hourly rate is $18.54 plus a $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift, with comprehensive benefits and a path for professional growth.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, or adjusted schedules as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Operate fillers and packaging equipment (case packers, cappers, sealers, palletizers, labelers) safely at target line speeds.
• Start/stop equipment, adjust speeds, and coordinate controls to maintain steady production flow.
• Monitor for jams, spills, and upsets; take quick action to minimize downtime and product loss.
• Perform checks for codes, labels, fills, torque, packaging integrity, and appearance; report non-conformances.
• Complete time, production, and downtime records accurately and on time.
• Communicate performance issues, safety concerns, and maintenance needs to supervisors and maintenance teams.
• Maintain a safe work area and comply with GMP and safety programs.
